Refund policy

At Epilepsy Shop, every item is custom-made just for you. Your t-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt is printed only after you place your order—making each piece meaningful and made with purpose.

The production process takes several business days, as we carefully prepare and print your item. Once complete, your order ships via UPS, which typically delivers within 2–3 business days.

In total, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. For this reason, we kindly ask that you take a moment to carefully review your size, style, and color selections before completing your purchase.

Thank you for your understanding—and for supporting a cause that matters. Every order helps raise awareness and funds for epilepsy education, advocacy, and support services.


I want to return my product. Now what?

Items purchased from Epilepsy Shop are custom-made and printed just for you. Because of this, refunds cannot be offered unless the item is defective.

To help ensure quality, photos of each item are taken before shipping. If you do receive a defective item, please email us at epilepsyshop@epilepsyontario.org with a clear picture of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll be happy to investigate and work with you to find a solution.


I made a mistake with my order! Now what?


Please contact us as soon as possible at epilepsyshop@epilepsyontario.org. If your order has not yet been printed, we’ll do our best to help update it. However, if it has already been printed and shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make changes.


Do you deliver anywhere?

Currently, we ship only within the USA and Canada.
